Soweto Derby Starting XI: Chiefs v Pirates

Soweto Derby Starting XI: Chiefs v Pirates

Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates renew their rivalry for the third time this season, with a spot in the Nedbank Cup final up for grabs.

Nedbank Cup Semi-Final

Teams: Kaizer Chiefs v Orlando Pirates

Date: 06 May 2023

Venue: FNB Stadium

Time: 15h15

The Amakhosi scrapped into the semi-finals after defeating Royal AM 2-1 in extra-time last month, which was the second time the team have needed 120 minutes to get the win in the cup.

The Buccaneers, meanwhile, were taken all the way to penalties by ABC Motsepe League side Dondol Stars in the last round.

The two sides have already met twice in the league this season, with Arthur Zwane's charges running out 1-0 victors on both occasions.
