Here Are Tips For Selected Soccer 6 Matches

Defending French champions Paris St Germain travel to the Stade Armand Cesari to face-off against Bastia. PSG continued their dominance in the league last season and with a star-studded squad, they will look to make a strong statement from the start. Bastia will hope that they can make the most of home advantage to get off to a bright start themselves.

The Premier League season gets underway and an interesting encounter is set for Goodison Park as Everton host Tottenham Hotspur. Spurs will be looking to improve on their third-place finish last season, while the Toffees have a new manager and are hoping for a better showing this time around.

Bastia v Paris St Germain (French Ligue 1)

2015/16 League rankings: Bastia 10th PSG 1st

Useful facts: Reigning French league champions PSG start their new campaign under Unai Emery and without Zlatan Ibrahimovic against a Bastia team that they've beaten five times out of their last six encounters. Their incredible pre-season form saw them walk away with the International Champions Cup trophy after beating Leicester and Real Madrid. They seem to have settled well into life without Zlatan Ibrahimovic and, given that they are undefeated in 22 of their last 23 away games in Ligue 1, there is little doubt that they'll get the result in this game.

Wayde Jooste: I'll go with PSG.

Everton v Tottenham (English Premier League)

2015/16 League rankings: Everton 11th Tottenham 2nd

Useful facts: Tottenham will be looking to overcome the disappointment of last season, where they fell short of claiming the title in a game against Everton under their new coach, Ronald Koeman. Everton haven't won any of their last six games against Spurs, however none of those games were decided by more than one goal, so you may find that the Toffees put up a good fight against their favoured opponents.

Wayde Jooste: Tottenham.
