The agent of striker Bienvenu Eva Nga has explained what the biggest factor was in deciding to part ways with Orlando Pirates halfway through the season.
According to Charles Domingos, Nga is no longer a Pirates player and work is already happening behind the scenes to secure a new home for the former Bidvest Wits and Chippa United forward.

Nga was struggling for game time at Pirates, featuring on just two occasions for the Soweto giants this season. Both those appearances were made in the CAF Champions League qualifying round against Jwaneng Galaxy, who knocked Pirates out of the competition before the group stages.
The Cameroonian striker did not make a single appearance in the Premiership and, at age 30, Domingoes feels that they had to make a decision that would benefit his client, considering he is not getting any younger.
"There is nothing concrete at the moment for him. We are looking at some options," Domingoes said when he was contacted by the Siya crew.
"It's football and it's evident when things are not working out. Looking at the player's age, we had to make a decision favourable for the player. Thanks to Pirates, in particular, for the swift talks to ensure the player is free to start over again at a different club."

Nga, who scored just one goal in his time at Pirates, still had a year-and-a-half on his contract with the Soweto giants. Chippa are believed to be interested in the player, but the club is currently dealing with an issue of a transfer ban from a dispute with former player Abdi Banda. Yesterday, Soccer Laduma reported how the player could be involved in a swap deal with Chippa.
