Tau appears to be nearing an exit from the club where he spent the last four years; however, it seems that the bridge, which yielded over 10 trophies, will be passed.
This comes after Tau reportedly made a request to be paid out his full salary for the remaining year of his contract to the sum of R18 million should he leave the club.

There is interest in Tau's services from Rulani Mokwena-coached Wydad Athletic, though the club are understood to be watching the Bafana Bafana star's situation from a distance as they could possibly land him on a free transfer.
The next few weeks will be telling for Tau as his future appears to be at a deadlock at this point in time.
