With his Orlando Pirates exit all but a foregone conclusion, midfielder Thabang Monare does not seem to be short of suitors.
The 34-year-old will see out his contract with the Soweto giants on June 30, and it's understood he is already on the list of a few clubs willing to potentially add him to their books as he brings a wealth of experience.
Monare fell out of favour at Pirates soon after returning from the Africa Cup of Nations with Bafana Bafana, where he was a surprise and late inclusion by coach Hugo Broos. Up until then, the veteran former Bidvest Wits star had been part of coach Jose Riveiro's plans and also playing regularly, hence the national team call-up.
But that is all in the past now and as Monare looks ahead, Soccer Laduma has been led to believe rookies Magesi FC would be keen to bring him on board, while he has also been offered to topflight Premier Soccer League clubs.
Among those on the list include Cape Town City and AmaZulu as well. But it will all depend on the offer put on the table for Monare to make up his mind as a free agent.
The Siya crew has also been told the player is not ruling out a move abroad, although it's likely to be in the Gulf region where they appreciate experienced players who are also winding down their stellar careers in style.
