Lesotho's first-choice goalkeeper, Sekhoane Moerane, has once again caught the attention of PSL clubs, following his standout performance against Bafana Bafana in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, the Siya crew understands.
Despite Lesotho's 2-0 defeat on Friday, the 27-year-old was a key figure in keeping the scoreline respectable, preventing what could have been a heavy loss given South Africa's numerous attacking chances.

Sources close to the player suggest that Moerane's heroics have reignited interest from PSL teams, with Sekhukhune United and Chippa United reportedly monitoring him. This isn't the first time the talented shot-stopper has been linked with a move to the South African top flight.
In the past, Moerane was on the radar of reigning Betway Premiership champions Mamelodi Sundowns, as well as SuperSport United.
Currently playing for Orbit College FC in the Motsepe Foundation Championship, Moerane made the move to Mzansi last year to advance his career.
With his recent performance putting him back in the spotlight, a potential move to the PSL could be on the horizon.

As the transfer window approaches, it is believed that the player's handlers will be assessing options for the Lesotho international to possibly conclude a deal with one of the big clubs in the PSL.
"Don't be surprised to see the boy ending up at one of the big clubs in the PSL. He is a good goalkeeper who can add value to any of the big clubs. He possesses immense potential and he has grown a lot in his game in the past few seasons. He will be ready for any challenge," said the source.
