The Siya crew has been informed that Golden Arrows are keen on bringing midfielder Seth Parusnath back to the club, two years after parting ways with him. The 29-year-old recently left Sekhukhune United, whom he had joined from Abafana Bes'thende back in September 2021.
His time with Babina Noko did not quite go according to plan as he was ruled out with a long-term injury after suffering an Achilles tendon ligament tear, which sidelined him for the entire 2022/23 season.
He made just 16 appearances in total for the club. Prior to joining Babina Noko, the midfielder had a short training stint with SuperSport United, where he impressed the club's technical team– but was told to stop training with the club after Kaizer Chiefs expressed an interest in his services, though the interest from Amakhosi fell flat.
The latest news reaching this publication is that there could be a potential return to the club where he cut his teeth in the professional ranks, having come through the development set-up at Abafana Bes'thende.
Given that he is currently a free agent, Parusnath is unaffected by the transfer window that is slammed shut on 22 September, and the player will be hoping to resurrect his career at Mabhudi Khenyeza's side should a move materialise.
