Bienvenu Eva Nga has a big decision to make regarding his future with Orlando Pirates in the coming weeks, the Siya crew has been made to believe.
As Bucs played their sixth league game of the season on Tuesday night against AmaZulu FC in Durban, the burly striker had still yet to feature in the current campaign, and questions have been raised about his contribution and future with the side.
The 30-year-old's involvement thus far has been in the CAF Champions League when the Soweto giants played in the preliminary stages, where the Cameroonian featured against Djabal from the Comoros and Botswana's Jwaneng Galaxy respectively.
With the 2023/24 season approaching the halfway mark, he could be allowed to go on loan so as to get regular game-time, according to sources.
"The ball is in Eva Nga's court to decide whether he wants to sit on the bench or in the stands at Pirates, or go and play regular football elsewhere. There are clubs that are keen on his services and Chippa United is one of those clubs," said a source.
"Enquiries have been made on the player's availability and Pirates don't seem to be reluctant to send him on loan, but the player has to decide if he wants to go in January. You must remember that Pirates had initially planned to have all those strikers in the squad for their involvement in the Champions League at the time. But with the team no longer in the competition, the coach will have no problem to have some players going on loan," the source added.
