Siya sources close to Chiefs have indicated that the former Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder remains in the management's good graces, which has helped secure his position at the club.

However, the sources added the main contention lies, not with management but with the technical team led by coach Nasreddine Nabi.
The sources believe that under the circumstances with the reported training problem, Nabi would prefer not to play Sirino, if given a choice.
Soccer Laduma's newspaper has recently reported on the problems behind the scenes between the technical team and Nabi, explaining that because Sirino is a key player then he's still vital to the line-up.
"You see with the Sirino story it is a bit tricky. Management is supporting him. And actually that's where the problem is. The coach didn't recommend his signing. He was actually signed by management with recommendations from scouts and agents. At the moment he is one of the team's best players and he has to play," said the Siya source believes.
"But if the coach had another player who who plays in that position then he would be using that player and not Sirino. As for the indiscipline - he is not (a trouble maker). He is a senior player and he leads by example and management likes and supports him," the source added.
A second insider mentioned that the technical team is believed to be exploring options to find another player in Sirino's role, with a push for a January signing. It remains to be seen if such a player would ultimately replace Sirino or whether the Uruguayan would eventually be a second option.
"You see the Tanzanian midfielder Feisal Salum that the technical team has recommended, he is looked at as a replacement for Sirino as far as the coaches are concerned. He is the one who can take over (the starting spot) and challenge Sirino in that position. But if that doesn't work out then the team will be caught between a rock and a hard place and continue using Sirino even if the technical team has problems with him," the second insider stated.

The Siya crew reported the latest developments in the pursuit of Tanzania and Azam FC star Feisal Salum.
Despite the reports of alleged indiscipline, the 33-year-old Sirino is an important player for Amakhosi, being praised as a rare star who can unlock opposition defences.
Efforts to reach Chiefs for official comment were unsuccessful at the time of publication. As Amakhosi navigate internal dynamics, Sirino's situation reflects the balance between management's backing and technical strategy. With a potential move for a new midfielder in the works, the club's focus remains on maintaining a competitive line-up while addressing any potential discord between personnel.
