The Siya crew has been informed the Cape Town Spurs are keen on keeping a Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder who is currently on loan at the club.
Spurs are on the brink of winning promotion to the Premiership, needing just a point in their final play-offs match after they beat Casric Stars 1-0 on Wednesday to make it three wins in three in the round robin end of season competition.

Should they win promotion, Spurs will be looking to keep a big part of their squad and make a few additions to the team. One of the key decisions they have made, the Siya crew understands, is that they want to keep midfielder Luvuyo Phewa.
The former national under-20 midfielder joined the Urban Warriors during the January transfer window after spending the first half of the campaign recovering from injury. He signed a loan deal until the end of the season and Spurs look set to make an effort to have the creative midfielder on board beyond the end of this campaign.
Sundowns have previously loaned the midfielder out to Chippa United and University of Pretoria and indications are that he may not form part of the team going into next season for the Premiership.
The midfielder is said to be keen to play his football in the topflight and Spurs could provide that opportunity if they win promotion, which would make his decision to stay even easier.
Some of the other players are Sammy Seabi, Grant Margeman, Ricardo Goss, Jody February, Siyanda Msani, Divine Lunga and Malebogo Modise.
