A potential new club for Mulomowandau Eric Mathoho has emerged as the defender has been assessing options since parting ways with Kaizer Chiefs at the end of the season.
As reported by the Siya crew, it has appeared as if the towering centre-back will not be signing with SuperSport United, following a training stint with the side, after being left out of the squad that travelled to Durban for a pre-season camp.

Despite what might seem to be a rejection from the Tshwane giants, the 33-year-old isn't short of options as he has become the latest veteran to be targeted by newly promoted DStv Premiership side Polokwane City.
"Mathoho has been assessing options and there's a possibility of him joining Polokwane City. Polokwane City need experienced players to help them do well in their first season back in the topflight and it isn't like he will have to first go there for training and all that as the club knows what he can offer," said the source.

As reported by the Siya crew, Ndumiso Mabena is another experienced player on the Rise and Shine radar after his exit from Orlando Pirates.
