Despite handing him his fifth defeat of the season, Sekhukhune United head coach Brandon Truter has called for patience for Arthur Zwane at Kaizer Chiefs.

Truter and his side were in no celebratory mood as they crashed Chiefs' 53rd birthday party with what can be described as a 'smash and grab' victory.
Amakhosi were the largely dominant side on the night and created a host of opportunities, which they failed to convert before being sucker punched by Babina Noko courtesy of a Vusimuzi Ncube goal.
Speaking to the media after the match, Truter lauded the work of his opponent at Chiefs and pleaded with the club's management to exercise patience with the young coach.
"Arthur is at one of the biggest clubs in Africa and I support him 100% that's what I told him after the game as well. We want our local coaches to succeed at clubs like this. That's why patience is needed.

"I think Kaizer Chiefs have the best talent and potential in South Africa, there's some young talent here. George Matlou, [Kamohelo] Mahlatsi, [Kgaogelo] Sekgota, I had [Sifiso] Hlanti in there as well, so there is a lot of talent here in South Africa."
"So, if Chiefs is patient, they will close the gap between [Mamelodi] Sundowns and the rest of us," he explained.
With their win at the FNB Stadium on Saturday, Truter and his side moved into 10th position on the DStv Premiership standings, while Chiefs missed out on an opportunity to go above SuperSport United in second place.
