Talking to Siya crew on the sidelines of the club's media day held on Tuesday in Johannesburg, Mokotjo said that he choose to join Babina Noko and not the so-called big teams because Sekhukhune saw in him what other teams didn't.
"The other teams didn't rate me. They looked at the outer attributes and they made their own judgments. But also about what Sekhukhune represented in the football field. They have a vision and I shared that vision with them. They have a great group of players who want to give the team the best and that's what I am all about," the SuperSport development player said to the the Siya crew.
"You see, I am a 28-year-old in the body of a 32-year-old and I want to give everything I have. Football is my only job and I love giving the best in the job that I am doing.
"Also, the technical team believed in me when I was not fully fit. Even now I am not 100% fit. Maybe I am 85% or 80% fit, but I am working on that. You should remember I was out for sometime and it takes time to bounce back but I am feeling good right now. All thanks to Sekhukhune and I owe them that much," the former Bafana Bafana star concluded.
