Pitso Mosimane continued his sensational unbeaten record as Al Ahly manager after guiding the Egyptian giants to the CAF Champions League group stages with a 5-0 aggregate victory over AS SONIDEP.

Mosimane named the same starting XI that played to a 0-0 draw with Wadi Degla on Friday past, where they dropped points for the first time in the 2020/21 Egyptian Premier League season.
Having done the business 1-0 in Niamey in the first-leg, Al Ahly came into the second high on confidence still without a loss under the former Bafana Bafana and Mamelodi Sundowns tactician, who has already overseen treble success at the Africa's most decorated club.
