The 24-year-old is the talk of the town after establishing himself as a regular for the Buccaneers with his rich form, which has seen him being selected for Bafana Bafana's friendly matches against Mozambique and Angola.
However, Saleng reflects on his move to the Birds' nest as a good one, after Pirates decided to send him out on loan for the 2021/22 season where he obtained much-needed topflight experience following his move from Free State Stars.

Lorch in particular spent the 2016/17 season with the Chilli Boys where he featured prominently, scoring three goals and registering two assists in 17 appearances which earned him a recall to Pirates the following season.
