Delvi Miguel Vieira, who is otherwise known as Gilberto, is impressing at Orlando Pirates in these early stages of the season, a former Buccaneer believes.
Gilberto arrived at Pirates in June amid fanfare after impressing with his performances at his previous club Petro du Luanda back home in Angola.

In few weeks of working with the highly rated winger, Pirates coach Jose Riveiro predicted that he would be one of the key players, with the Spanish tactician admitting at the time that it would be crucial for the team to help the 23-year-old to first settle and feel comfortable around the group for him to perform.
Speaking to the Siya crew, ex-Buccaneers midfielder Hleza Mofedi commended the Angolan for his impact in the few matches he has played so far.
"The boy is good, and he knows his football. A lot was said about him when he arrived and I had to make sure that I follow him closely and from what I have seen so far in the games he has played, he has been impressive," said Mofedi.

"He is skilful, and he's got speed and those are some of the qualities you need from a winger. If you have been following Pirates over the years, they always sign similar kind of players when it comes to wingers and for me this boy is in the same level as the best wingers we have seen at the club in recent times. That makes me want to believe that he will deliver the goods for the club. The club has done its research on him, knowing the kind of a player they want, and this one will do well," Mofedi added.
