Rovers, meanwhile, will be making their debut in the competition after defeating Cape Town Spurs on penalties in the qualifying round in December.
The GladAfrica Championship side are making their debut in the competition and will be looking to cause an upset just as University of Pretoria and Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila did last week.
