Nedbank Cup Last 16 Starting XI: Marumo Gallants v Orlando Pirates 09 March 2022

A spot in the Nedbank Cup quarter-final will be at stake when Orlando Pirates visit holders Marumo Gallants on Wednesday evening.

Teams: Marumo Gallants v Orlando Pirates

Date: 09 March 2022

Venue: New Peter Mokaba Stadium

Time: 18h00

Pirates will be looking to bounce back from the Soweto derby defeat against Kaizer Chiefs over the weekend, which extended their winless streak to three matches in the league.

In the cup, The Buccaneers booked their spot in the last 16 after edging AmaZulu 1-0 courtesy of a second-half goal by Deon Hotto.

The Soweto giants have won this tournament under current sponsors twice in 2010/11 and 2013/14 seasons and will be eager to go all the way.
