Teams: Mamelodi Sundown v USM Alger
Date: 11 January 2020
Venue: Lucas Moripe Stadium
Mamelodi Sundowns will be chasing a spot in the quarter-finals of the CAF Champions League with the visit of USM Alger in Group C on Saturday afternoon.
The match will get underway at 15h00.
The Brazilians remain unbeaten Group C after a thumping win over Petro de Luanda, a draw with Wydad Casablanca and a win over Alger last time out.
Pitso Mosimane's charges could edge closer to securing a spot in the quarter-finals with another victory over the Algerians, who are yet to win a game after three rounds of action.
Sundowns will boosted by the return of defender Mosa Lebusa, who recovered from a hamstring injury after missing the last few games.
USMA are placed third in the section after two 1-1 draws against Wydad Casablanca and Petro de Luanda prior to defeat against Sundowns.
Failure to turn the tables against the South African side could spell the end of the road for Alger if Wydad, who still have to play USMA at home, get maximum points against Petro in the other Group C tie later in the evening in Luanda.
Sundowns: Onyango, Ngcongca, Langerman, Madisha, Lebusa, Jali, Kekana, Zwane, Morena, Sirino, Vilakazi.
Subs: Pieterse, Arendse, Mabunda, Lakay, Nascimento, Makgalwa, Maboe.
