Teams: Bloemfontein Celtic v Black Leopards
Date: 12 January 2020
Venue: Dr. Petrus Molemela Stadium
Fresh after claiming their first win of the year, Bloemfontein Celtic play host to Black Leopards in the Absa Premiership on Sunday afternoon.
Celtic started the year with a 1-1 draw against Bloemfontein Celtic and followed that up with a 2-1 win over Stellenbosch on Wednesday evening.
The win moved the Free State up to ninth spot with 21 points from 16 encounters, but they could move as high as fifth with a victory and a other results go their way.
Leopards, meanwhile, are still searching for their first win under Cavin Johnson after starting the year with back-to-back losses to Highlands Park and Black Leopards.
Leopards sit two points above the relegation zone in 13th position, but the club are winless in their last four league matches.
Leopards can take comfort in the fact that they claimed a 1-0 win over Celtic when the two sides met earlier in the season.
