Teams: Baroka FC v Polokwane City
Date: 11 January 2020
Venue: Peter Mokaba Stadium
Baroka FC will be desperate to move off the basement in the Absa Premiership when they lock horns with neighbours Polokwane City on Saturday afternoon.
Bakgaga's struggles continued after the 1-0 loss to Golden Arrows in midweek, which extended the side's winless run to six matches in the South African top flight.
Baroka are deep in the relegation dog-fight, but they could get out of the drop zone with victory over Rise and Shine.
Meanwhile, Clinton Larsen grabbed his first victory in charge of Polokwane with a 2-0 triupmh over Chippa United in the opening game of the new year.
However, Rise and Shine were brought back to the reality of a relegation battle after suffering a 4-1 hammering at the hands of Orlando Pirates on Tuesday.
City were left lying third-from-bottom with 16 points from 17 matches, just a point above the relegation play-off spot held by Stellenbosch FC.
