Bafana Bafana will be looking for back-to-back wins over Ethiopia in a World Cup qualifying clash at FNB Stadium on Tuesday evening.
Teams: South Africa v Ethiopia
Date: 12 October 2021
Venue: FNB Stadium
For the first time in over 18 months, fans will be allowed inside a stadium for a sporting event in South Africa - albeit a limited number of 2000 thanks to an agreement reached between the South African Football Association (SAFA) and the Department of Health as announced on Monday.
Bafana won the previous encounter on Saturday afternoon 3-1 thanks to goals from Teboho Mokoena, Mothobi Mvala and Evidence Makgopa.
However, a win is a win and it saw Bafana top Group G with seven points from three matches with Saturday's victory preceded by a 0-0 draw with Zimbabwe away and a 1-0 home victory over Ghana.
Ethiopia, meanwhile, are pushing for their second win in the qualifiers as they look to get their qualifying campaign back on track.
