Marumo Gallants striker Ranga Chivaviro has revealed he is open to switching his national team allegiance following continued non selection at Bafana Bafana.
Chivaviro was the outstanding performer for Gallants despite their relegation, as he scored 10 goals in the DStv Premiership, just two goals shy of joint-top leading goal-scorers Khanyisa Mayo of Cape Town City and Mamelodi Sundowns striker Peter Shalulile.

The 30-year-old was also impressive in front of goal for Bahlabane Ba Ntwa in the CAF Confederation Cup, as he scored seven goals in the campaign, where they reached the semi-finals before being knocked out by Tanzanian side Young Africans.
Chivaviro, who was born in South Africa in Limpopo, has a South African mother but his father is from Zimbabwe. He was asked if he would consider playing for the Warriors, and since he is yet to receive a call-up to the Bafana Bafana squad, he is open to do so.
"It has come to me before in 2018 but I'm not sure if you're able to represent the country when you don't have identification documents," Chivaviro said in an interview on Metro FM Sports.
"But the talk was (there) when I was still playing for Baroka, apparently it's possible especially when one of your parents is from that country, I think you're seeing it with European countries.
"So, it is possible but I've never really put it to head. I believe what's for me will always be what's for me and whatever that's supposed to come my way will come my way," he said.
Chivaviro, however, went on and revealed that he would definitely consider playing for Zimbabwe if they were to offer him the opportunity.
"Honestly it would definitely be food for thought. I wouldn't blatantly say 'no'. I would obviously think about it and I think in the end consider it," he said.
"I've always said this, it's a good honour to represent your own country or a certain country. As a footballer, one day when you retire and you're sitting at home, it's nice to look back and say I've donned a certain national jersey you know.
"It's a certain pride that you get to have and not everyone is blessed with (it). So, it would not be a definite no," he added.
