In this week's throwback Thursday, Soccer Laduma takes a look at what Giovanni Solinas had to say about Pitso Mosimane and why it is important for a team to be given time to prepare.
The Italian head coach lasted just five months at the helm of Kaizer Chiefs, having been relieved from his services after a string of unfavourable results.

During a post-match press conference in August, Solinas pointed out how highly-rated coaches such as Mosimane and Gavin Hunt needed time to prepare their teams before winning trophies.
"In your opinion, who is the best coach here in South Africa? Pitso? Okay, Pitso, I agree. But, Pitso, the first season with Sundowns, no win? Why? Because start the process, start the preparation," he told the media.
"Also Gavin Hunt, for me is a big coach, but also Gavin Hunt for Wits, the first and second, he needed the time to prepare the team.
"Yes I know, me I want to run fast, I know the fastest win the trophy, we work harder to compete and win the trophy. But you need the time to prepare the team," he added.
