A Mamelodi Sundowns senior player has given an indication of how the signing of Keanu Cupido has been welcomed by the team's stars.
Earlier this week, Cupido became one of the major signings for the Brazilians, joining the club from Cape Town City on a long-term deal.

The 27-year-old centre-back joins the defending champions' squad that boasts experienced defenders in the likes of Bafana Bafana stars Mothobi Mvala, Grant Kekana, Mosa Lebusa and Rivaldo Coetzee among others.
As confirmed by Mvala, who is nearing a return to fitness following his knee injury that has kept him out since making only eight appearances in all competitions this season, Cupido has been welcomed as a needed boost to the team.

"He is a top player, number one, and it's a good signing for the team and we hope he is going to help us to achieve the team's goals. We will be there to help him and to guide him on how things are done in the team, so it's a good signing for the team. You know, at Sundowns we have a lot of games, so everyone needs to be ready to play. So, when others are rested, or the team changes, you must change it with top players," said Mvala, speaking to the media.
