Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Rulani Mokwena has described the challenges his side faces ahead of their trip to Cameroon in the CAF Champions League.
Sundowns had a perfect start in the CAF Champions League group stages after edging Al-Hilal 1-0 at Loftus Versfeld Stadium this past weekend.
The Brazilians are scheduled to play against Coton Sport away on Friday evening in their second match in the group and Mokwena says from a logistical perspective, their preparations have been going well.

However, what will be challenging for the Tshwane giants is moving from high altitude to sea level in Garoua, Cameroon.
"We've already sent an advanced team there to try to put a little bit of context to the logistics, the club is very experienced in that space, there are a lot of considerations, for sure it's the routes and flights and we've ticked that box," Mokwena told the media in a press conference.
"It's the facilities, the longer you stay there, is the availability of facilities because of the training, so that box has been ticked and scientifically, one of the biggest considerations is moving from high altitude to sea level in (Garoua) as we arrive.
"So very difficult because then if you land at sea level and you try to stay a little bit longer than a certain period you lose the advantage from a physiological perspective of being a team that is at high altitude," he said.

"So we don't want also to spend too much time there because of that space but we also have to have some form of adaptation to the climate conditions because of the weather. But as I said the club is very experienced in that space and a lot of boxes have been ticked," he added.
Sundowns will remain on the road from Cameroon, as they are set to face last season's runners-up and FIFA Club World Cup semi-finalists Al Ahly on February 25 in Cairo, Egypt.
