Indications are that Birds defender Gregory Damons, has attracted interest from the Glamour Boys.
Siya sources have revealed that the Soweto giants have been monitoring the player for some time.
"They want him. They have been monitoring him and it will all boil down to the talks between the two teams," a source revealed to the Siya crew.
"But as for Chiefs, he is one of the players that they have earmarked for the new season. Swallows also value the player so much and it won't be easy for them to let him go. Maybe there will be other players involved in the deal as well if he is to be released by Swallows.
"For now, it's just interest from Chiefs, so there is nothing much we can say until they approach their opponents about the player they want," the source added.
