Former Kaizer Chiefs defender Lifa Gqosha has exclusively spoken to the Siya crew offering advice to Molefi Ntseki on how to deal with the club's superstars as he aims to achieve success as the club's head coach.
With just a few games into the 2023/24 season, Ntseki has been under pressure from some sections of the club's fans due to the team's inconsistent results although some pundits have pointed at the notable improvement since the former Bafana Bafana coach took over.

As Chiefs are set to return to action with a match against AmaZulu in the Carling Knockout this weekend, Gqosha has advised Ntseki not to succumb to the pressure regardless of the criticism directed at him.
"This is the advice that I would give to Ntseki, if he is going to nurse the players' sentiments, he can rest assured that he is doomed for failure. As a coach, he must stand his ground and stick to what he believes in. In life, if you are very principled and you know exactly what you want and even if other people do not believe in what you believe in, you must make sure that you stick to what you believe in and you make it work to your advantage," said Gqosha.

"When I talk to a lot of people about coach Ntseki, I always make an example of coach Mazibuko from the Chicken Licken advertisement and make a comparison. Just like coach Mazibuko, coach Ntseki is under a lot of pressure but I think he is going to deliver," he said.
