Having been ruled out through injury for the rest of the season, Kaizer Chiefs attacker Khama Billiat has seen his market value slashed in half after another tumultuous campaign for Amakhosi.

Billiat has suffered the biggest loss in his market value of any player in the DStv Premiership.
That is according to the latest figures on Transfermarkt, showing that the Zimbabwean has seen his value go from €800 000 (±R15.3m) to a lowly €400 000 (±R7.6m).
To put this in context, Billiat was ranked as the league's most valuable player in 2019 with a market value of €2m (±R38.5m).
However, having made just 11 appearances in all competitions this season, with no goal to his name, Billiat's decline is understandable.
A concern for the 32-year-old is the fact that his contract with Chiefs is set to expire in June 2023, with indications that his appearance in the Soweto Derby in their 1-0 win over Orlando Pirates in December last year could have been Billiat's last in an Amakhosi jersey.
With just four months to go on his deal, it remains to be seen what the future holds for Billiat.
