The injury initially put a halt to his 2024 season, but Dove is now back on track, showing remarkable improvement.
"By the grace of God, I have been recovering well," Dove told the club's official website reflecting on his positive progress.
He has recently begun running and focusing on functional work and strengthening, a crucial stage in his rehabilitation. While he's still in the early stages, Dove is hopeful about returning to full training soon.
"Hopefully, I will be soon back training with my teammates, featuring in games," he added.

Dove's ultimate goal is to return to competitive action with Kaizer Chiefs, but he also has set his sights on regaining a spot at the Mozambican national team.
"I will be working myself back into the national team once I'm fully recovered," he said, indicating his determination to represent his country again.
As his recovery continues, Dove's return will be a major boost for Amakhosi, who will benefit from his defensive experience and leadership, as he could provide crucial cover for Inacio Miguel at left centre-back and Bradley Cross at left-back.
