Kaizer Chiefs defender Thatayaone 'TT' Ditlhokwe was initially believed to not be in Nasreddine Nabi's plans at the start of the season, with suggestions of a potential departure.
However, an injury to left-back Bradley Cross changed his fortunes, and Ditlhokwe has since earned a spot in the starting lineup.

When asked if he felt he had found his place back in the team, the Botswana international stated that it's not about individual success but the collective performance of the team.
"Yeah you can say that I am finding my feet again back into the team. But it's not all about me playing. It's about the team performing well. So, I am still working hard so that we can see that at the end of the day the team does well. Because if you focus more on yourself as a player it means you are selfish. You don't have to be selfish. At the end of the day I am a Kaizer Chiefs player and Kaizer Chiefs has to always come first," Ditlhokwe told the media.

On Chiefs' poor start to the season, Ditlhokwe said the solution was simple: hard work.
"The only medicine for that is to work hard at training and deliver on the game. There is nothing we can do than that. It's all about focusing on training and doing the work and trying to apply what the coach has told us to apply. Then we will soon come alright," the Botswana international concluded.
Tthe 26-year-old Botswana national team captain, joined Chiefs as a free agent from SuperSport United in the 2023/24 season. He played 17 games last season before injury interrupted his progress. So far this season, he has featured in only five matches.
Tonight, Amakhosi will face Stellenbosch FC at FNB Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 19:30.
