A former Kaizer Chiefs player feels the club has let down Nkosingiphile Ngcobo by not helping him to grow and take his career to the next level.
Ngcobo has been part of the first team for a few seasons now, showing glimpses of brilliance. The left-footed midfielder has been in and out of the starting line-up at Chiefs, which has hampered his progress.

The 23-year-old has made 12 appearances in all competitions this season, but he has only played the entire 90 minutes just once. He has made two starts, against Richards Bay and Orlando Pirates.
It was against the Buccaneers when he played 90 minutes and was praised by head coach Arthur Zwane afterwards for his performance in the Soweto derby.
Brian Baloyi, a former Amakhosi goalkeeper, has raised concern over the progress of the Chiefs product, saying the Soweto giants have not helped to take his game to another level.

"When you look at 'Mshini' today and I look back at when I was at Chiefs, has he progressed and grown as a player? No. What has been the biggest problem? The club and coaches that have been there have not helped the boy to grow and believe in himself. He is talented, no question about it," Baloyi said recently during a Hollywoodbets event.
