The story
Rulani Mokwena secured his first official victory as Wydad triumphed over JSM on Tuesday evening in the Excellence Cup.
The former Mamelodi Sundowns boss orchestrated a 2-0 victory for his side, bouncing back after their disappointing 1-0 defeat in the Botola Pro opener against Maghreb Fes.
Before kick-off, Rulani, who has already been given an Arabic nickname "Achraf", was presented with a traditional outfit by JSM, which is said to be a sign of respect in JSM's home city of Laayoune, the largest city in the disputed Western Sahara region.
