What's the story?
Lebani Sirejenje, popularly known as Rasta The Artist, has famously painted South Africa's most prominent celebrities, albeit in his abstract but unique style.

Jessica Motaung gets the Rasta treatment
Rasta The Artist never hesitates to pay tribute to famous South Africans, dead or alive, and has built quite the reputation for his infamous paintings.
Although they do receive a fair share of ridicule online, Rasta's has carved out his own unique style of portraits that could be perceived as slightly abstract due to the intentional inaccuracy of how he depicts a celebrity/subject.
Rasta's latest work sees him paint Jessica Motaung wearing Chiefs' new green Kappa away jersey. In the corner of the canvas, Rasta has painted the Glamour Boys' crest and the Kappa logo on the opposite side.

Being painted by Rasta has become a sort-of pop cultural moment in Mzansi. Like, are you really famous if Rasta hasn't painted you?
Motaung is not the only football figure that Rasta has painted of late. Chiefs and Leeds United legend Lucas Radebe and the late Bafana Bafana coach Clive Barker also have their own Rasta portraits.
Banyana Banyana head coach Desiree Ellis was given her own Rasta painting after leading her troops to an historic WAFCON triumph in Morocco last year.
