Pirates Signal 'Mob Justice' Intent For Betway Prem In Quirky Cartoon

Orlando Pirates sent a warming message to their Betway Premiership rivals with a tongue-and-cheek cartoon shared on their social media pages.

The story

The Buccaneers are ready to get the Betway Premiership season underway and will open their campaign in two weeks time, at home to Chippa United on Wednesday, 18 September.

The ever-impressive Orlando Pirates media team shared a hilarious cartoon to usher in the new league season after the new-look Betway Premiership was launched in Johannesburg on Tuesday.

Pirates' cartoon features animated versions of head coach Jose Riveiro as the main character in various scenarios. 

The animation depicts Pirates players as chefs, being inspected by head chef, Riveiro in the kitchen of a fictional restaurant titled: 'Mob Justice Football', sending a message that the men in black are ready to cook in the league and show no mercy.
