The story
Top-flight football is making its return to Bloemfontein for the first time since the 2021/22 domestic season, following the contentious sale of Bloemfontein Celtic.
After Marumo Gallants, previously based in Limpopo, announced their acquisition of Moroka Swallows' status, they revealed plans of relocating to Bloemfontein.
The Betway Premiership season kicks off on Saturday, 14 September, with Gallants set to host their first home match in the city of roses against Kaizer Chiefs at the Toyota Stadium.
To build on the excitement of their season opener against the Glamour Boys, Gallants have been connecting with their new set of supporters in Mangaung.
Last week, the club's got their hands dirty by getting involved in the Mangaung Cleaning Campaign and followed it up with a Supporters Day, where fans got to meet with the Marumo Gallants stars.
