The story

Mama Joy is officially off the market after taking her relationship with Nicolas Pitaud to the next level.

The whirlwind romance began in 2023 at the Rugby World Cup in France, where the former Buccaneers witnessed international rugby history, while being swept off her feet.

Mama Joy shocked Mzansi last week when she announced her engagement on Twitter/X last week, with her partner going down on one knee at The Cape of Good Hope.

Since then, the celebrated sports fan took her followers fans along on her fairytale love story, sharing a host of stunning photos and videos from their travels around the country to the traditional wedding over the weekend.

The traditional wedding is said to have taken place in Limpopo, where Mama Joy was Surrounded by close family and friends, in a vibrant ceremony.
