The story
Mama Joy joined the Masandawana supporters at Loftus as Downs emphatically defeating rivals Orlando Pirates 4-1 on Saturday afternoon.
A brace from Lucas Ribeiro Costa, Grant Kekana and Teboho Mokoena were enough to see Sundowns open a nine-point lead over the Buccaneers at the top of the table.
The well-travelled superfan, who stopped supporting Orlando Pirates in 2021 to back Shauwn Mkhize's Royal AM, was uniformed in yellow on Saturday, seemingly indicating where her new loyalties lie.
Although Mama Joy wasn't wearing any official Sundowns merch, as she was seen in her SA national teams-themed attire, her posts on Twitter/X appear to hint at her finding a new club, amid Royal AM's troubles with the PSL.
"Players transfer happen all the time, so why not also supporters," wrote Mama Joy in one of her many posts on X, just hours after her former club's loss to Downs.
Players transfer happen all the time,so why not also supporters??
