What's the story?
After travelling to Lagos during the Easter weekend to sell pieces from Kasi Flavour10's new collection that's inspired by Nigerian football culture and art, Kungwane showed some of the special designs on IG.
The Kalakuta FC collection features the hybrid Jay-Jay Okocha football jersey/shirt which we reported on last week, as well as other football jerseys in Super Eagles colours.

Kasi Flavour10's Kalakuta FC Collection
Kasi Flavour10 was making waves in Lagos during Easter after releasing a collection that celebrates the culture surrounding Nigerian football.
They unveiled the Kalakuta FC collection at a pop-up in a WAFFLESNCREAM store in Lagos, the event that saw the Nigerian streetwear label release its skateboarding film.
As stated by Kungwane on IG, Kalakuta FC goes beyond football with its inspiration. The collection also honours the legendary Afrobeats pioneer Fela Kuti, his famous shrine along with his embroidered shirt and pants.
The name of the collection is derived from the late Fela Kuti's 'Kalakuta Republic', the name the late musician and political activist gave to the communal compound that housed his family, band mates, and studio.

Including the Okocha jersey/shirt, Kungwane designed a green Super Eagles jersey, and a white Kalakuta FC jersey with a deep v-neck line and green detailing.
Both jerseys come with matching shorts and the collection sees the design of two separate Kasi Flavour logos inspired by the Super Eagles and traditional Nigerian masks.
Kalakuta FC also comes with two pennants, depicting the logos and the brand's motto: Football, Style, Culture.
