What's the story?
Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Samkelo Zwane served up a delicious, on-trend, hip-hop inspired look in his most recent Instagram post.
The youngster is carved out his own fashion lane in the SA football world, embracing a Gen Z version of the early 2000s drip of baggy jeans, flat caps and large t-shirts.
His recent 'fit, which includes a pair of Nike Dunk Low 'Court Purple' sneakers that are worth around R6 999 on the Story Cape Town site, is the perfect sort of look to wear on any occasion going into the last month of Summer.

Fashion Feature: Samkelo Zwane
Amakhosi academy graduate Samkelo Zwane is easily one of the top 5 best dressed players in the Kaizer Chiefs first team at the moment.
He brings a fresh approach to style that's also embraced by his youthful teammates Luke Fleurs and Aden McCarthy. It's 2000s-inspired streetwear in the 2020s.
His 2000s style with a slight contemporary twist is a cool and rather easy look to re-style for people who are not on a footballer's budget.
Starting with a plain black t-shirt worn by Zwane, Cotton On has a box-fit plain black top for R300. For the baggy jeans, we opt for the washed denim carpenter jeans from The Fix, for only R399.
The kicks, we opt for the purple Old Skool Vans, priced at a reasonable R700 — much cheaper than Zwane's Nike Dunk Low's.
For the flat cap, we go for the New Era 9Fifty La Lakers white and purple cap, priced at R550 on Asos.
