DJ Khaled Shout Out Sundowns For Winning ‘Another One’

DJ Khaled Shout Out Sundowns For Winning ‘Another One’

Slowly becoming Sundowns' number 1 celebrity fan, Hip-hop producer DJ Khaled congratulated Masandawana on lifting their sixth DStv Premiership title in-a-row.

Check it out!

What's the story?

In a video posted by Sundowns and Roc Nation Sports International, DJ Khaled shouted out the DStv Premiership champions for securing yet another league crown.

Sundowns' ballers were also seen on the video, using DJ Khaled's tagline "Another One" to celebrate being on the top of the SA football food chain.

'Another One'

Through Roc Nations Sports International, US music mogul DJ Khaled has shown his support for Masandawana on several occasions.

In a video shared after Sundowns lifted the DStv Premiership trophy at Loftus Versveld after a 1-1 draw to Maritzburg United, DJ Khaled and the Downs players used the artist's famous and inspirational taglines to commemorate their league title.

"They didn't believe in us, but Sundowns did" is one of the phrases said by DJ Khaled in the video, remixing words from his hit song, "God Did", that was used as background audio for the video.

Players Neo Maemo, Ronwen Williams, Cassius Mailula, Lebohang Maboe, Peter Shalulile, and Spanish-speaker Marcelo Allende all took turns to say "Another One", showing they win trophies at a similar rate as DJ Khaled makes hits.

Although DJ Khaled hilariously mispronounces the club's name, it's safe to say that the Brazilians will continue to use the US star's catch phrases as inspiration going forward.

Earlier in the season, the hitmaker was seen holding up a Sundowns home jersey, signaling his support for the best team in the land:
