Kaizer Chiefs announced the signing of Colombian striker Efmamjjasond González Palacios on Thursday, who's yet to arrive in South Africa as he waits for his VISA.
The baller is already the talk of the town with his incredibly unique first name. The twelve-letter name, Efmamjjasond, is a Spanish acronym of the 12 months of the year: Enero (January), Febrero (February), Marzo (March), Abril (April), Mayo (May), Junio (June), Julio (July), Agosto (August), Septiembre (September), Octubre (October), Noviembre (November), Diciembre (December).

Spanish publication Marca wrote about the meaning behind the 24-year-old's name back in 2019 and revealed that the explanation for his parents' choice behind the name has to do with the fact that "they like the months of the year."
The player goes by "Jasond" which could be a relief to Chiefs players and staff with the player's name already being heavily discussed online by fans online.
Names like "Calender Gonzalez" have been flying around, with one fan hilariously pointing out that it sounds like a WIFI password.
