As the Springboks show off their William Web Ellis trophy to the Mother City, Rugby World Cup-winning captain Siya Kolisi held a jersey given to him as a gift from a DStv Premiership outfit.
The Bokke captain held the jersey up proudly as their open-top bus made its way through the busy Capetonian streets.

CTC gift Kolisi a jersey
Cape Town has had a special place in Siya Kolisi's heart since moving their as a teenager to pursue his rugby career with the Western Province Rugby Union.
The Springbok skipper has always been well-loved in the Mother City, from captaining the Stormers and making history under Rassie Erasmus and Jacques Nienaber, the people of CPT have all the time in the world for Siya.

Cape Town City added to the love Siya received in Cape Town during the Springboks' World Cup trophy parade by gifting him their home jersey.
Personalised with his blindside flank number 6 and his surname, the nation's hero lifting his CTC jersey up, almost as proudly as the World Cup trophy.

Kolisi is a Kaizer Chiefs fan at heart and led his teammates out to the FNB Stadium on Thursday to parade the trophy and were greeted by the Glamour Boys upon entering the ground:
