What's the story?
To top off what's been an incredible, career defining couple of days for Karim Benzema has been made better by adidas, who have released a gold-filled collection.
In honouring the French baller, the three stripes have made special boots and limited-edition Real Madrid kit.

They've also paid homage to KB9's hand strapping with a short video/film.
Adidas celebrates Benzema
At the age of 34, Benzema became the oldest Ballon d'Or winner since 1956, and his award was presented by his former coach and idol Zinedine Zidane in Paris on Monday.
KB9, who's been a consistent sharpshooter for Los Blancos since Cristiano Ronaldo departed, has been celebrated by his adidas family with a special collection and a short video/film titled, "Hand of Gold."
The film honours Benzema's bandage, a fixture in his matchday look since 2019, this time it's in gold.
The Real Madrid captain will also be wearing a special pair of gold and white boots when he takes the field against Elche in LaLiga tonight.

Benzema's X Speedportal boots has been customized with gold touches, sole plates, and aglets that show the colours of the French flag.
Adidas has also reimagined Real Madrid's home jersey by adding gold accents to it and Benzema's name and number in gold.
As mentioned by Hypebeast, the jersey will be available for a limited time from 18 October 18 on the club's official website and select adidas stores.
