Matsatsantsa came so close to lifting the CCC trophy this year as they fell at the final hurdle against TP Mazembe, however, their efforts mean that they won't have to face two teams in order to try and reach the group stages next year.
Eric Tinkler's side will face either Angola's Petro Atlético de Luanda or Master Security Services of Malawi in the first round of the tournament as they look to book themselves a group stage spot for the second consecutive year.
SuperSport will be away for the first leg of their tie that is scheduled for the weekend of March 9th, with the second leg at home set to take place one week later.
