SuperSport United Travel To The DRC Next Friday

SuperSport United are just two games away from lifting their first ever continental trophy, and they now know the dates when they will take on TP Mazembe. SuperSport drew 2-2 at Stade Mazembe in June as they fought back from being two goals down, and Eric Tinkler will be eager to see that sort of fire this weekend when they make the trip to the Democratic Republic of Congo. Tinkler's side jet out next Friday morning ahead of Sunday's encounter, with the game set to take place at 14h30 (SA time). They will then return to South Africa the following afternoon. The final showdown will take place at Lucas Moripe Stadium on November 25th at 20h15, with the hosts looking to become the first team from Southern Africa to lift the trophy in its current format.
