Orlando Pirates defender, Lucky Lekgwathi, reckons that the Buccaneers have earned more respect on the continent due to their recent African tournaments exploits.

Ezika Magebhula will be hoping to get their hands on their second major piece of continental silverware on Sunday when they take on Etoile du Sahel in the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup final.
Pirates failed to add to their continental trophy cabinet when they lost in the 2013 CAF Champions League final to Al Ahly.
This year around the Buccaneers have already knocked Al Ahly out in the semi-finals and, 'Phinda Mzala' believes their run has earned them more respect from other African teams.
"There has to be something to show for our sacrifices. I mean, we really didn't have enough of an off-season because of this competition," Lekgwathi told Soccer Laduma.
"As a result of our sacrifices, the continent respects us even more now. If teams like Zamalek and Al Ahly respect you, then you know that there's something special about you."
