Bradley Grobler proved to be the hero last night in Tunisia as the striker grabbed a brace against Club Africain to secure SuperSport United's spot in their first ever CAF final. Grobler rifled home a header in the first half before grabbing his brace early in the second half, with Eric Tinkler's side putting in an impressive performance to set up a final against TP Mazembe next month. Speaking to the Siya crew from Tunisia after the game, Grobler explained that it was a relief that they managed to finish their chances this time around after being sloppy in the 1-1 draw at home. He said, "It was a huge relief to get on the scoresheet after not taking the chances that we got in the first leg, and it was amazing to play and win in front of an amazing crowd of fans that live for football. At times it reminded me of the time that I spent in Turkey. "We've got an amazing team on and off the field, and it's an incredible time to be a part of this side." Though the victory was impressive, and historic for SuperSport, the job isn't done just yet, and the Bafana Bafana international says they have no intention of slowing down. We want to go all the way and we've now got two huge finals that we are ready for." But what about their opponents? Mazembe are five-time CAF Champions League winners and are the reigning champions in the CCC, however, they failed to beat SuperSport in either of their group stage clashes earlier this year and Grobler is confident. The striker told the crew, "They're a tough team to play. They are solid at the back and have a top striker, but I feel that we have speed going forward and we're physical at the back. "I think we need to keep doing what we have been doing. We scored two goals there and dominated the game at times, so that will give us a lot of confidence. We also play away first which I feel which will suit us." The first leg of the final – in the DRC, is due to take place over the weekend of November 18th, while the second leg in Pretoria the following week.
