Two players who have made a return to the Bafana Bafana squad are likely to feature in Hugo Broos' starting line-up for the penultimate 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Uganda in Kampala today.
Bafana have qualified for AFCON in Morocco next year after South Sudan beat Congo on Thursday, so Bafana will now be fighting for top spot.

Currently in second place on eight points, two behind log leaders Uganda, Bafana will need a strong side, and an even stronger performance, to secure victory away from home.
Mamelodi Sundowns defender Mothobi Mvala is back in the side after missing out on four previous qualifiers due to injury. He looks set to start in central defence with Kaizer Chiefs defender Rushwin Dortley, with Khuliso Mudau and Aubrey Modiba playing at right and left back respectively. Ronwen Williams is expected to start in goal.
Broos is likely to have Teboho Mokoena and Bathusi Aubass as the two central midfielders, with Oswin Appollis set to play on the left wing and Elias Mokwana on the opposite flank.

Patrick Maswanganyi could be given an opportunity to play as the number 10, just behind his Orlando Pirates teammate Evidence Makgopa, who is likely to start upfront in the absence of Lyle Foster.
Like Mvala, Makgopa is back in the team after missing out on the four previous qualifiers.
Possible line-up: Williams, Mudau, Mvala, Dortley, Modiba, Mokwana, Mokoena, Aubass, Appollis, Maswanganyi, Makgopa.
