Panyaza Too Smart For The Test

Panyaza Too Smart For The Test
MEC of Education in Gauteng and a staunch supporter of Moroka Swallows, Panyaza Lesufi, took a smart move to avoid beign caught cheating in a test.Lesufi needed not to be an A-student to detect danger in Swallows sponsorship. The GladAfrica Championship outfit, has been getting at least R150 000 monthly from In2IT Technogies, since July 2019. With the telecomunications company now bidding for government tenders, it was only wise for Lesufi to wipe off Swallows sponsorship, to clear conflict of interest saga. Though Lesufi is not involved in day to day running of the club - it is no secret that he is highly involved.Despite not holding any manegerial post at Swallows, Lesufi was there from day one of the club' ressurection. Should In2IT Technologies continue to sponsor Swallows while bidding for government contracts, Lesufi would be suspected to be using his position in government to pump money into Maswaiswai purse. Panyaza doesn't have to choose between football and politics. The two can go hand in hand, it is wise to choose education over the two, it is the key to success after all. Politics is a very complicated game and should be left to politicians- so is the running of football. Panyaza passed with 'flying' colours, not as a Dube bird though, but a student of the game.
